I would just like to say Happy Anniversary to my Hubby & bestest friend!

I love you more today than I did yesterday, and I'm sure that is still less than I will love you tomorrow.

You are a rarity among men, and I'm a blessed girl!

I can't thank you enough for all that you do for me and our little family. 

I appreciate, admire and love you with all that I have.

You are an amazing husband and father.

Tomato Plant

McKenzie and her Opa planted an acorn.... or so we thought.

Opa had planted tomatoes that didn't grow, 

so he dumped that soil back into a bucket to use later,

he then ended up putting some of that soil into a cup with 

the acorn McKenzie picked up for her to take home.

&

We now have a tomato plant
that had to be transferred from it's little cup to a new home.

Awanas

Miss McKenzie has finished her first year in Awanas.

They had their awards night this past Wednesday.

It was so fun to get to see her up on stage singing their cubbies songs 

& accepting her final patch for her vest.

The View.

Just a few of what we saw during our trip to Washington state... Hubby had to work & he took some vacation days afterwards so we could visit family. We had a fantastic time.

She's so big.  She became this big girl overnight it seems.  Baby girl, I love watching you grow, seeing you learn, hearing the thoughts & questions you have.. but it's breaking my heart a little.  Lets slow down just a bit, K?
